Mr. Gunesh C. Sancheti is a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Pune, along with that a professional designer with a Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration.
He has a colossal proficiency in architecture, with more than 20 years of well-off experience in real estate. He is energetic, passionate, and positive towards embracing his goals in real estate projects. With strong visionary engineering skills, he has revolutionized the way the real estate industry has been going on for the past two decades.

His role is providing strategic direction and vision, imperative decision making and new business exploration, grooming and developing capable leaders and executors within the group of companies, overseeing all key functions including business development, finance and operations of all divisions. He has built a far reaching and strong business network with clients, associates, investors and channel partners that ensure continued and long term growth of the Organization. He brings with him relentless energy, enthusiasm and passion to all aspects of business. He has a handsome experience in the field of Construction and Real Estates in and around Pune.

Mr. Bipin Bhandari

Mr. Bipin Bhandari has a Diploma in Civil Engineering from The Cusrow Wadia Institute of Technology, Pune. With his enormous competency in architecture and with more than two decades of experience in real estate business, he has been an eternal pillar of the organization. His ambition is to bring a change in Indian real estate scenario by providing world class real estate solutions. With that aim he joined hands with Mr.Gunesh Sancheti and formed this company Planet-I  Group and tirelessly worked to reform the definition of Real Estate services.
